The location of the hotel was awesome! It was in the heart of the city, close to all the interesting tourist spots and there was a bus stop nearby for city tours. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. the free juice, water, tea, and coffee at the lobby were a nice touch.
Could not be improved in any way.

We stayed at this venue for a few nights and we were very pleased with our experience. the location is fantastic, right in the center of the historical area, and close to the majority of the attractions, including the stunning Mirabelle garden. Secondly, the quality of the service was excellent, the room was spotless and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided, such as air conditioning and tea/coffee-making facilities. Finally, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of warm and cold dishes that satisfied our taste buds.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in an excellent location with amazing service!

The location of Am Mirabellplatz is unbeatable, right by Mirabell Gardens and a short stroll to the Old City. Our spacious room was beautifully appointed with a lovely blend of traditional and contemporary features. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The staff were knowledgeable and eager to please. we highly recommend this hotel.
